Submission and review

Submitting a property does not guarantee review within a specific timeframe, an offer, a buyer, financing, or a closing. No purchase or joint-venture agreement is formed by submission or acknowledgment.

Your information

You must be authorized to submit the property and supporting documents. Provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge and identify estimates or unknowns.

Separate transaction terms

Any purchase, assignment, fee, profit allocation, or partnership must be separately reviewed and agreed in writing by the relevant parties. A proposed fee is not accepted by submission.
